About Me

Welcome! I’m thrilled to share my journey and passion with you here. My name is Nina, and I’m a dedicated doula providing compassionate and personalized support during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

I was born and raised in Denmark, where I developed a deep appreciation for community, care, and connection. In 2015, life brought me to Munich with my German husband, and we’ve since made this vibrant city our home. As someone who has navigated the challenges of living in a new country and learning a new language, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to be far from your roots during such an important time.

While I now speak German fluently, I remember what it was like to face the hurdles of not having German as my first language. I’m also fluent in English, and with family ties in Sweden, I can comfortably communicate in Swedish as well. Combined with my native Danish, this multilingual background allows me to connect with families from diverse cultures and ensure clear communication and support throughout your journey.

My Journey as a Doula

My passion for birth work grew from my own experiences. I’ve witnessed how the right support can make a world of difference during pregnancy and childbirth. After the birth of my first child, I realized how important it is to feel informed, empowered, and surrounded by compassion. By the time I welcomed my second child, I had learned to take ownership of my experience, and I want to help others do the same.

Since moving to Munich, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families from diverse backgrounds, offering care tailored to each person’s unique needs.
